Position Summary: We are seeking a Facility Conservation Technician to ensure proper maintenance and overall condition of gastronomic establishments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform general building conservation and maintenance tasks 2. Carry out painting, cladding, and floor installation work 3. Identify maintenance needs and resolve incidents We are looking for a Facility Conservation Technician for the Northern Zone/CABA! A gastronomic company is incorporating a Facility Conservation Technician into its team to ensure proper maintenance and overall condition of its facilities. Main Responsibilities Perform general conservation and maintenance tasks for facilities. Execute painting, surface patching, and repair work. Replace and maintain lighting fixtures. Repair Durlock panels and claddings. Install floors, tiles, ceramics, and porcelain stoneware. Apply paste finishes and final touches. Identify maintenance needs and respond to incidents. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of general building maintenance. Experience in painting, cladding, and floor installation work. Completed secondary education. Valid driver's license (mandatory). Personal mobility. Full-time availability and willingness to work rotating shifts. Residence in the Northern Zone or CABA.
