Analyze, measure, and control costs associated with opening new outlets and expansion projects, ensuring optimal use of financial resources. . Review and validate quotations from contractors and equipment suppliers. . Compare projected budget versus actual expenditure, identifying variances by category. . Perform recovery calculation. . Sales analysis. Requirements . Bachelor's degree in Administration, Civil Engineering, or Master Builder. . Advanced Excel proficiency. . Advanced Power BI proficiency. .
