As we scale, we are strengthening our internal processes to ensure clarity, efficiency, and consistency across teams. **Role Overview** We are looking for a **SOPs \& Client Onboarding Implementation Specialist** to design, document, and implement clear workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the company, with a strong focus on **client onboarding and operational processes tied to ANAT’s core business**. This role will play a key part in structuring how new clients are onboarded, how services are delivered, and how internal teams execute consistently and efficiently. It is a highly operational role, ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable processes, working cross\-functionally, and turning informal knowledge into clear, repeatable systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, document, and maintain **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** related to client onboarding, service delivery, and core business operations * Build and standardize the **end\-to\-end client onboarding process**, from contract handoff to operational execution * Map existing workflows related to clients, projects, and operations; identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks * Create clear process maps, checklists, playbooks, and guidelines for internal teams * Work closely with Operations, Admin, Finance, and leadership to ensure processes support business goals * Ensure SOPs are practical, scalable, and easy to follow * Drive adoption of documented processes across teams and support change management * Keep documentation updated as the business evolves * Act as a central point of coordination for process standardization initiatives **Required Qualifications** * Proven experience creating and implementing SOPs and operational workflows * Experience designing or managing **client onboarding processes** or operational delivery processes * Strong understanding of business operations and service\-based workflows * Excellent organizational and analytical skills * Ability to translate complex business processes into clear, structured documentation * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English * High attention to detail and strong execution skills * Comfortable working in a remote, fast\-changing environment **Nice to Have** * Experience in service\-based companies, agencies, or operationally complex businesses * Background in Operations, Process Improvement, Project Management, or Client Operations * Experience working with documentation and workflow tools such as Notion, Confluence, Google Workspace, or similar platforms **Work Conditions** * Remote position * Part\-time or full\-time (to be defined based on profile) * Must be available to work within U.S. Eastern Time (ET) * High level of interaction with Operations and Leadership **What We Offer** * Opportunity to build and structure processes from the ground up * High impact role with visibility across the organization * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Opportunity to grow with the company Job Type: Full\-time Application Question(s): * What is your hourly salary expectation in US dollars?
