This role addresses the need for a resolutory and autonomous profile strongly oriented toward critical infrastructure, documentation, and continuous improvement. Team Structure The current team consists of analysts providing support to specific customers and reporting to a departmental lead. This position joins as a Level 2 Infrastructure Administrator, delivering cross-functional support to the team, managing higher-complexity incidents, and interacting with customers, vendors, and internal departments. What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like? Handling, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure tickets prioritized according to SLA (54 tickets per month). Resolving complex incidents assigned to customers. Proactive infrastructure monitoring (Zabbix / Grafana) and response to alerts. Administration of physical and virtual servers. Backup, snapshot, and restoration testing management. Firewall, network, access, and user administration. Technical documentation: procedures, infrastructure diagrams, and knowledge base. Coordination with technology vendors when required. Support for technological growth and change projects. Technologies and Tools Infrastructure: On-premise, cloud, and hybrid (Digital Ocean, GCP, Azure). Virtualization: VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V. Backups: Veeam Backup. Monitoring: Zabbix, Grafana. Firewalls: Fortinet (FortiGate), Mikrotik, Cisco, pfSense. Networks: VLAN, LAN, WAN. Systems: Linux, Active Directory, GPOs. Ticketing System: incident management and traceability. Documentation: procedures, diagrams, and knowledge bases. Current and Future Projects Optimization and maintenance of hybrid infrastructure (40 servers). Continuous improvement of network, security, and backup configurations. Comprehensive documentation of the infrastructure environment. Support for technology expansion or evolution projects. Interactions With Assigned customers.
