Work Modality Modality: Hybrid model, with one in-person day per week. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (GMT-3, Argentina time). On-call schedule: Passive on-call duty, maximum once per month. What We Are Looking For SAP Consultant with solid TSW experience working in complex environments, ideally within the Oil & Gas industry or similar. Profile capable of managing end-to-end requirements: from elicitation through production rollout and final user sign-off. Ability to operate effectively in contexts involving multiple stakeholders (business, IT, vendors) and simultaneous priorities. Strong communication skills, clarity in documentation, and service quality orientation. Essential Skills Proven experience as Senior SAP TSW Consultant. Functional knowledge of transportation and distribution processes in SAP. Experience in incident analysis, configuration, testing, and user support. Experience using Solution Manager and Agile / ASAP / Activate methodologies. Ability to work autonomously and proactively, managing one or several requirements in parallel. Desirable Skills Strong soft skills in communication, negotiation, and business expectation management. Ability to manage and elicit requirements, propose standard solutions, and convey SAP best practices. Prior experience working with large corporate clients or energy/service companies.
