Job Description: Cost and Management Engineer We are currently seeking a Cost and Management Engineer to join our team. The position combines periodic site visits with remote work from home. Main Requirements: * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Previous experience in mining and/or heavy equipment fleets (desirable). * Knowledge in OPEX and CAPEX management. * Proficiency in integrated management systems and ability to drive business improvement projects. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and monitor operational and investment costs within the area. * Administer integrated management systems. * Develop initiatives for optimization and continuous improvement. * Prepare management reports to support strategic decision-making. * Actively participate in equipment maintenance planning and cost improvement initiatives. Desired Qualities: * Analytical profile with a results-oriented mindset. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
