As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead one of our software engineering teams, support their growth, and drive change and continuous improvement across the company. You are the person who connects your team with Tiendanube's mission. ### **The Scale of Your Challenge** * Serve as the technical leader of the team and contribute to the design and development of solutions through code or architecture; * Identify opportunities within the development process and propose technical solutions; * Lead, motivate, and empower the professional growth of the technology team through continuous feedback and career development plans; * Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams in building and executing the development roadmap and feature definitions; * Ensure clear and fluid communication across different areas; * Promote best practices in software engineering and architecture through unit testing and continuous improvement; * Collaborate and suggest improvement opportunities regarding technological transformation and migration initiatives; Reduce the team's technical debt and ensure the platform's robustness, resilience, and scalability; * ### **What We're Looking For** * Experience technically leading and strengthening high-performance software engineering teams; * Professional experience working on robust and complex systems handling high traffic volumes, managing concepts such as concurrency, synchronization, and data consistency; * Strong technical background and product development experience; * Experience working with microservices architecture and new technologies. ### **Our Process** We want you to have the best possible experience throughout our selection process.
