**We are currently looking for a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER** ***The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the company's human talent, aiming to generate improvements in required operational, tactical, and strategic performance, thereby maximizing results from daily management. This position must also demonstrate strategic thinking, supporting and guiding middle management to improve leadership and performance management*** ***Regarding personnel administration, the candidate should apply their knowledge and dedication to improving work processes within the department and response times to internal client requests, reports, disciplinary actions, etc., as well as managing employee separations*** ***The position has all necessary resources to carry out its responsibilities under proper Health and Safety conditions*** **Work Location: San Salvador de Jujuy – 100% onsite** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM / Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM** **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Completed university degree: Bachelor’s in HR / Labor Relations / Business Administration * More than 6 years of experience in a similar role * Leadership skills * Own transportation for frequent travel as needed across the following areas: province of Jujuy, interior of Jujuy, province of Salta + Orán town, province of Tucumán * Preferably reside in the area (the company will consider candidates willing to relocate) * Knowledge of: Labor legislation and best HR practices, handling sector metrics and statistics, HR management systems and databases, fiscal credit management for training, managing large staff sizes, advanced Office Suite proficiency * Desirable: Master's or Postgraduate degree in HR Management **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** ➡ Lead and coordinate the Human Resources department, creating policies, procedures, and programs for human capital management, ensuring efficiency in performance and development processes, as well as personnel administration according to the company’s strategic guidelines ➡ Develop and implement strategic plans and personnel-related policies, anticipating future development needs and designing strategies to achieve corporate objectives ➡ Supervise staffing requirements and coordinate recruitment and selection processes, developing strategies to retain and motivate existing talent ➡ Develop and monitor HR strategies related to benefits, systems, and procedures that enable effective human capital management aligned with the organization’s technological and human needs ➡ Supervise and manage personnel development processes related to performance evaluations and workplace climate, promoting a high-performance culture ➡ Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, aligning them with organizational goals ➡ Execute, analyze, and monitor HR department performance indicators, providing support for the company’s strategic decisions ➡ Supervise and coordinate HR administration processes related to payroll processing, disciplinary actions, ART (workplace insurance), labor lawsuits, union relations, social charges, and legal compliance associated with department management ➡ Ensure legal compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, promoting training and supervision of safe work processes ➡ Manage labor relations in accordance with labor laws and current collective bargaining agreements when conflicts arise ➡ Use data and metrics to evaluate personnel performance, identify improvement areas, and make evidence-based decisions to optimize human resource management ➡ Create and promote initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging effective communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution ➡ Prepare, manage, and control the annual budget for the Human Resources department: projecting labor costs, benefits, training, wellness, labor relations, health and safety, and other administrative expenses specific to the sector ➡ Manage the provision, control, and renewal of uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all company employees; ensuring each worker receives appropriate clothing and equipment based on their position and department every year ➡ Design, implement, and update strategic Human Resources plans (Succession Plan, Training Plan, Internal Promotion Plan, Development Plan, Communication Plan, and other related programs), establishing objectives, schedules, impact indicators, and execution responsibilities in coordination with various departments and operational areas ➡ Number of direct reports: 9 **Management responsibilities will be defined by the following key economic factors:** * Effectiveness of policies and strategies aimed at improving employee performance * Technical suitability of candidates hired to fill vacancies * Analysis of the company’s labor cost and payroll * Management of the department’s budget **BENEFITS** * OSDE 210 healthcare coverage for the employee (not family members) * Company-covered mobility expenses Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $1,00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in similar roles?
