Job Description: Job Description:* Review engineering projects according to calculations and designs, preparation of Scopes for bidding calls based on project data, including cost sheets for bid submission. Preparation of estimates and budgets for preliminary projects. * Conduct comparative cost analysis of materials, labor, equipment, and supplier quotations. * Responsible for preparing Authorization for Expenditure requests (AFE's) for each project based on collected supplier quotation information. * Monitor project and construction progress, review and sign monthly contractor certifications, control project timelines. Record, analyze, and determine closure plan project costs for Budget preparation. * Responsible for preparing monthly reports and presentations of department activities. * Occasionally replace the Projects Superintendent during vacations or for operational reasons. Minimum 10 years of professional experience required, along with proficiency in project calculation, design, and management software (such as Cipecad, Civil 3d, Primavera).
