Job Summary: We are seeking a Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in architectural decisions. Collaboration with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams At ADN – Human Resources, we are looking for Java Developers / Hybrid Martínez, Buenos Aires Province / 2 vacancies for a Leading Company. Requirements: -5 to 10 years of backend development experience with Java. -Practical experience using Kotlin for backend development. -Solid experience building REST APIs and backend services. -Experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate / JPA. -Strong knowledge of microservice architecture. -Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or others). -Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and build tools such as Maven or Gradle. -Strong object-oriented programming and design patterns skills. -Bilingual English proficiency. Desirable Requirements: -Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). -Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. -Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ). -Knowledge of security (OAuth2, JWT). -Experience migrating Java services to Kotlin (proficiency in both is not required at the same level). Responsibilities: -Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Kotlin. -Build and evolve microservice-based architectures. -Work with frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot (Java or Kotlin). -Integrate backend services with relational and/or NoSQL databases. -Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices. -Collaborate with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams. -Analyze, debug, and optimize backend applications. -Participate in technical design discussions and architectural decisions. Work Location: Martínez, Buenos Aires Province – Argentina (hybrid mode). Residence Requirement: Areas near the workplace. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
