We are currently seeking a **Technical Maintenance Supervisor** to join the Operations Management team within the Security business unit. **Primary Job Objective:** You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities for contracted electronic security systems, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs, technical standards, and applicable regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for technical professionals with experience maintaining electronic systems who wish to assume an operational leadership role in a dynamic, high-demand environment. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Supervising the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on CCTV, access control, intrusion, and fire detection systems. * Coordinating internal technicians and contractors, ensuring proper service planning. * Monitoring compliance with SLAs, technical standards, and internal procedures. * Validating technical reports, work orders, and related documentation. * Tracking incidents, deviations, and operational service requirements. * Interpreting blueprints and technical documentation related to installed systems. * Maintaining fluent communication with clients to ensure service quality and continuity. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * Technical or university degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields (mandatory). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintaining electronic security systems. * Experience supervising technicians and coordinating contractors. * Knowledge of IP and analog CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, and fire detection systems. * Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, PoE, and VLANs. * Operational leadership, planning, and technical problem-solving capabilities. * Process orientation, documentation discipline, and SLA compliance focus. **Employment Type:** Hybrid model, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, Florida Oeste, Vicente López. *We offer you the opportunity to join a company that develops programs to foster and attract talent; every day we strive to deliver innovative security market solutions in collaboration with international teams.* *In addition, you will enjoy significant benefits: family health insurance, time-off days, discounts at universities and language centers, Gympass, discounts on top electronics and consumer brands, travel benefits, and more.*
