We foster trust-based, honest relationships and value passion for technology. **Senior BI Developer – Power BI \| Azure** We are looking for a **Senior BI Developer** to join a challenging project focused on developing and evolving Business Intelligence solutions built on Microsoft technologies. We seek a candidate with solid experience in **Power BI**, capable of acting as a bridge between business areas and technical teams, transforming functional requirements into dashboards and KPIs that drive decision-making. ???? Work Mode * Hybrid: 1 day per week in Moreno, Province of Buenos Aires. ???? Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 Assignment Duration: 6 months, with possibility of extension **???? Responsibilities** -------------------------- * Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI. * Translate business requirements into analytical solutions. * Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to define information models. * Develop metrics using DAX and Power Query. * Validate data quality and consistency via SQL queries. * Optimize data models and report performance. * Document solutions and train users when required. * Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. **???? Mandatory Requirements** ------------------------------ * 3–5 years of experience developing solutions with **Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service**. * Advanced proficiency in **DAX** and **Power Query (M)**. * Intermediate/advanced SQL. * Experience working with at least one Azure BI-oriented service: * Azure Synapse Analytics * Azure Data Factory * Azure Analysis Services * Knowledge of data architectures (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse). * Experience gathering requirements and interacting with business areas. **✔️ Preferred Qualifications** * **Microsoft PL\-300** certification. * Microsoft Fabric. * Python for exploratory analysis. * Agile methodologies. * Experience in BI tool adoption and governance. * Analytical UX and Data Storytelling knowledge. ????
