We are bridging two worlds, advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping provide the energy, chemicals and resources that are needed today. **Position Objective:** Verify the proper operation, operational safety and technical compliance of mechanical equipment and road machinery used in the project through inspections prior to mobilization to site by contractor companies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct technical inspections of road machinery and earthmoving equipment (excavators, graders, loaders, compactors, etc.). * Verify compliance with safety standards, preventive and corrective maintenance. * Prepare detailed technical reports on the condition of inspected equipment. * Coordinate with contractor companies to schedule and carry out inspections at their facilities or on-site. * Identify mechanical failures, recommend corrective actions and follow up on their implementation. * Participate in internal and external audits related to the machinery fleet. * Maintain updated records of inspections, certifications and operational conditions. * Advise project teams on the suitability of equipment for specific tasks. **Profile Requirements:** * Education: Mechanical Technician or Mechanical Engineer. * Experience: Minimum 3 years inspecting road machinery and earthmoving equipment. * Valid driver's license. * Technical knowledge: Fault diagnosis, reading of technical manuals, road and heavy machinery safety regulations. * Tools: Proficiency with technical reporting software, spreadsheets, and maintenance management systems. * Others: Availability to travel within and outside Salta province and occasionally attend mining project sites.
