We are the Good Food Good Life company Position Snapshot We are currently looking for a **FACTORY COST SPECIALIST** We are seeking a Cost Specialist to support the factory Controller as a trusted co-pilot within the factory leadership team (vision, organization, practices, initiatives/projects, etc.) on a day-to-day basis, as well as in long-term strategic planning. The Specialist will also be responsible for providing visibility into factory-related costs by conducting relevant analyses and reports (budget monitoring and variance control), and ensuring compliance with financial legal requirements, NAS, and CSM. **A Day in the Life of…** * Understand key factory cost drivers and their link to variances and GLOBE/SAP reporting to prioritize cost improvement opportunities. * Continuously seek cost improvements in the factory by identifying and prioritizing cost-saving opportunities. Projects must be validated and progress regularly reviewed to ensure completion and realization of savings. * Be responsible for delivering accounting and financial systems, policies, and processes that are profitable and efficient, meeting current and future business requirements. * Monitor continuous improvement in accounting and financial processes and team development, aiming to achieve best practices and optimal performance. * Carry out monthly closing activities, including preparation and recording of journal entries, identification of accruals and prepayments, and cost assurance activities to ensure results are complete, accurate, and aligned with business outcomes. * Coordinate the reporting of actual costs: timeliness and accuracy of input data for period-end closing (PEC); ensure compliance with internal and external financial policies, accounting standards, and costing guidelines. Provide early warnings to stakeholders in case of significant cost deviations at department or SKU level. * Participate in business planning: coordinate, challenge, and prepare input assumptions for annual cost estimates (ACE) and dynamic forecasting (DF). Understand the implications of changes in volumes, product mix, and NPD on factory results and forecasts. **What Will Make You Successful…** * University degree in finance-oriented fields such as Public Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. * Mobility between Nestlé plants. * Proven prior experience in Accounting/Finance roles. * Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. * Experience working within a networked organization (internal and external suppliers). * Analytical skills and proactivity. * Residence in exclusive zone. * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI. * Intermediate English proficiency.
