A prominent logistics company is currently seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to lead and enhance its operations – Northern Zone. Job Objective: To plan, develop, and strengthen the area’s operational and commercial strategies, optimizing warehouse management and leading assigned work teams in alignment with objectives defined by the Board of Directors. Main Responsibilities: Acquisition and development of new customers. Plan, manage, and control all activities within the logistics operations area. Plan initiatives and optimize warehouse and depot management. Coordinate the local transportation fleet. Present and analyze management indicators (KPIs). Achieve departmental objectives as outlined in the Management Plan. Identify and propose management policies oriented toward continuous improvement. Communication and negotiation with labor unions. Lead and develop the assigned work team. Requirements: Graduates in Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering. Prior experience in similar positions, with comprehensive management of logistics operations. Experience in mass-consumption companies, with focus on warehousing and distribution. Knowledge of TMS / WMS management systems. Knowledge of transportation and heavy-duty fleets (trucks, semi-trailers). Knowledge of BPM and BPA. Experience with local travel and Argentine routes (Greater Buenos Aires and Interior). Residence in the Northern Zone. Key Competencies: Leadership and people management.
