At Ceta Capital Humano, we are looking for a Workshop Coordinator for a major company located in the Western Zone of Greater Buenos Aires (GBA). We seek candidates with experience in operational coordination, team supervision, and the ability to thrive in dynamic and solution-oriented environments. · Position Objective: Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the workshop and dispatch, ensuring compliance with production deadlines, work quality, and proper logistical management. Key Responsibilities: · Supervise and coordinate the daily workshop operations and team Monitor production, tracking timelines, priorities, and productivity Ensure workshop order, cleanliness, and safety (5S methodology and use of PPE) Guarantee work quality and proper release to dispatch Coordinate dispatch, ensuring correct order preparation and documentation (delivery notes, COT, etc.) Manage and monitor fleet operations (documentation, general condition, and fuel consumption) Coordinate site deliveries and pickups, managing required permits and documentation Resolve operational deviations and ensure deadline compliance Maintain operational contact with customers and ensure full documentary closure for each delivery Required Education: Technical Secondary Education (mandatory) Requirements: Experience in operational workshop supervision and productive environments Valid driver's license (mandatory) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level, mandatory) Experience with management systems (e.g., SAP or similar) is preferred Competencies We Value: Leadership Organization and planning Problem solving Results orientation Effective communication Teamwork Proactivity Coordination ability Conditions: · Work mode: On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM Work location: Western Zone, GBA.
