We are looking for a candidate with solid culinary experience, leadership ability, organizational skills, and a results-oriented approach, capable of coordinating kitchen teams and ensuring operational excellence during service. Main Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the kitchen team during the night shift. Supervise food production, dispatch, and plating. Ensure compliance with recipes, procedures, and quality standards. Organize tasks and assign responsibilities within the team. Monitor inventory, receiving, and proper use of supplies. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations. Resolve operational emergencies and maintain service flow. Collaborate with management to optimize processes and improve outcomes. Requirements Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in gastronomic kitchens. Proven experience managing teams. Ability to work under pressure and during high-demand services. Knowledge of inventory control, cost management, and kitchen organization. Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Proactive, solution-oriented profile with strong leadership aptitude. Preferred Qualifications Studies in Gastronomy. Experience in high-volume restaurants.
