




Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring IT infrastructure alerts, coordinating, notifying, and escalating failures, while logging executions and incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Role Description: Monitoring Agent \- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 15:00 to 23:00 Responsible for tracking environment alerts; in case of failures, handles coordination, notifications, follow-up, and escalation according to a predefined matrix. Responsibilities: Monitor IT Infrastructure and respond to various events arising from monitoring (alarm triggers, activations, deactivations, power outages, etc.) Log executions and incidents in designated tools. Track alerts and escalate within the required timeframe. Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Decision-making ability, capacity to quickly and accurately identify critical issues, and take corrective actions. Ability to work under pressure, e.g., during emergency situations Competent computer skills, including proficiency with monitoring tools. Responsible, collaborative, and proactive individual Experience: 1 year of experience in monitoring, help desk, technical support, or on-site support. -
