An On-site Technical Support professional to join our team during daytime shifts on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Workplace: Buenos Aires – Aeroparque Modality: In-person, SADOFE Schedule: 7 AM to 7 PM (with possibility of shift rotation and coverage on other days) Requirements: More than 3 years of experience in technical support and equipment maintenance. Knowledge of Hardware (PCs / Laptops), MS Office, MS Windows, Printers, basic Networking and Telephony concepts. Networking and connectivity knowledge. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software. Proactivity and problem-solving skills; organized and self-taught. Analytical and dynamic mindset desirable for resolving Tier-1 incidents. Strong communication and interaction skills with end customers. High technical and behavioral competencies are desirable. Ability to handle high-priority situations. Attitude and capacity to acquire, integrate, and apply new knowledge, as well as share experiences and expand daily support capabilities. Ensure continuity of tasks and support immediate resolution.
