Platform Architect Mode: Hybrid · Full-time About the Role We are looking for a Platform Architect who will serve as the guardian of our development platform’s foundational principles. This person will be responsible for defining how the platform evolves, reviewing structural decisions, and ensuring end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) functionality. This is not a purely technical role: it requires systems thinking, strong communication skills, and a robust product-oriented platform mindset. Responsibilities Maintain the platform’s foundational documents (principles, SDLC) as living, versioned, and auditable artifacts. Review PRs impacting architecture (e.g., new microservices, container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines). Define and evolve the AI agent ecosystem and reusable playbooks for workflow automation. Make FinOps decisions: tagging, cloud budgets, compliance, and governance. Keep architecture diagrams up to date (C4 model). Act as a technical reference for high-impact decisions. Scale knowledge and best practices across the team.
