We want you to be part of this great team! What Are We Looking For? A Functional Consultant to join an important client. Work Location: Remote Work Mode: 100% On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM – Saturdays: 5 hours What Will Be Your Responsibilities? In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Estimate time required to complete a task, when necessary. - Collaborate with various departments involved in projects to help define scope, if required. - Ensure communication with all project stakeholders and provide visibility and progress updates according to the current phase. - Ensure successful implementation of products or services according to the agreed scope. - Engage stakeholders—i.e., users or customers—as needed, negotiating commitments with them or with other groups whenever necessary. - Ensure adherence to processes defined by the Project Management area, guaranteeing their quality. - Monitor implementation aspects that may impact scope, timelines, and quality—including risks and change management. - Track each phase and milestone of the assigned project. - Identify deviations and report them to the team leader to mitigate errors and align expectations. - Prepare project progress reports and propose alternative solutions to management. - Ensure implementation of products or services according to the agreed scope to achieve customer satisfaction. - Plan and manage training programs. · What Do We Require? You must have: · Experience in functional analysis and/or project management Participation in system implementations Ability to define requirements and scope Project, milestone, and deviation tracking Preparation of progress reports Interaction and negotiation with stakeholders Tools: Jira / Excel / Confluence or similar Skills: communication, organization, proactivity, and results orientation Education: degrees related to Systems or Administration Experience participating in ERP implementation projects, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
