Participate in technical decisions related to application architecture, APIs, middleware, and databases. Promote development standards, quality, and best practices (TDD, DDD). Support the team in agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes. Collaborate on designing microservices-based and distributed system architectures. What Do We Expect From You? Mandatory Skills (Exclusive) More than 5 years of experience in software design, development, and implementation. Experience in technical leadership and team management.
