Join Space Construcciones! | Site Manager At Space Construcciones, we are actively seeking a Site Manager with proven extensive experience. We target professionals graduated in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Master Builder, with a vocation for comprehensive construction project management, team leadership, and operational efficiency. Who Are We? We are a dynamic company with a solid track record in developing engineering and architectural civil works. We specialize in technical consulting, project development, feasibility studies, quantity surveying, budgeting, construction management, execution, and supervision of projects. Main Responsibilities: Overall site management and progress supervision according to drawings. Coordination of daily tasks and planning of construction phases. On-site material control, coordination of material delivery and procurement (handling delivery notes and receipts). Management of suppliers and contractors. Budget and cost monitoring and control. Knowledge and understanding of construction progress certification methods. Supervision and management of in-house personnel (crews). Preparation of technical reports and construction progress reports. Drafting and revision of drawings in AutoCAD. Implementation of safety and hygiene regulations on site. Optimization of time and resources. Skills and Competencies: Ability to read drawings and technical details. Knowledge of budget preparation and evaluation. Knowledge of materials, machinery, construction processes, and site resolutions. Proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with architecture and construction software (AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling programs). Knowledge and application of safety and hygiene standards. Management of on-site personnel and crews. Mandatory and Non-Mandatory Requirements: Valid driver’s license. Current professional registration. Graduate in Architecture, Engineering, or Master Builder program. Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction site management. · Work Modality: Contract: Permanent employment relationship. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with availability for overtime (weekdays or weekends as required). Work Location: Office in Vicente López and job sites as applicable.
