Our growth is driven by solid execution, meaningful connections, and a deep understanding of our clients’ business challenges. **About the Role** ---------------- We are seeking a **Senior Fullstack Engineer** with strong experience in **Node.js and Angular**, capable of building scalable products and robust APIs, with a focus on modern architecture and sound development practices. The role has a strong backend component but requires fullstack autonomy. Additionally, we value experience working with **business-applied AI solutions**, including integration with LLMs and RAG architectures. The ideal candidate combines systems thinking, product orientation, and the ability to deliver tangible impact from day one. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using **Node.js (NestJS, Express, or Fastify)** and **Angular with TypeScript** * Build and maintain **robust, scalable APIs** * Design efficient data models using **PostgreSQL and Redis** * Participate in **event-driven** architectures (SQS, SNS, EventBridge; Kafka is desirable) * Work with cloud services on **AWS**, ensuring security, scalability, and best practices * Design and integrate **generative AI** solutions into digital products * Implement integrations with **LLMs**, embeddings, and **RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)** architectures * Apply techniques such as **prompt engineering, model evaluation, and guardrails** * Ensure business impact through sound technical decisions * Participate in code reviews and promote quality standards **Requirements** -------------- * 4+ years of professional experience developing with **Node.js (NestJS, Express, or Fastify)** * 4+ years of experience working with **Angular and TypeScript** * Experience building **large-scale products and robust APIs** * Data model design using **PostgreSQL and Redis** * Experience working with **AWS** (at least one of the following): + Lambda or ECS + API Gateway + S3 + CloudFront + RDS + Secrets Manager / KMS * Experience integrating **AI solutions** into real-world products: + Integration with LLMs + Embeddings / RAG + Prompt engineering + Model evaluation and guardrails * Experience in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban) ### **Nice-to-Have** * Experience with **event-driven** architectures (SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Kafka) * Advanced knowledge of cloud security * Experience in performance optimization and observability * Involvement in SaaS products or high-traffic platforms ### **What We Offer** * **Full-time employment contract** with payment in **ARS** * **100% remote work** * **Competitive salaries** * Legal leave + **5 additional personal days per year** * Access to **learning platforms** (Udemy, among others) * **Benefits card and discounts** * **Welcome kit** * **Reimbursement programs** (internet and utilities) * **English classes** * **Referral program** * **Birthday gift** * **Healthy Break**
