We are currently seeking a Supervisor for the FPT Operation in Córdoba. You will be the key link to manage team members within the operation, optimizing resources, ensuring the safety of personnel and cargo, maintaining process quality, and providing support and solutions to meet customer needs. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Assign, monitor, and control tasks by sector; report absenteeism information. Absenteeism information Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures, including QSHE and GMP. Provide support and respond to customer requirements. Ensure proper registration of PPE, vehicles, manpower, and other operational resources. Report and communicate consumption and requirements of necessary operational supplies. Train staff according to the company's proposed training plan. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Technical or university education related to logistics (desirable) Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles with team leadership responsibilities Experience leading unionized teams Availability and flexibility in working hours.
