Important bakery company located in the Western Zone is looking for a Purchasing Analyst. Main responsibilities will include: * Analysis and Evaluation: Analyze prices, quotations, and commercial conditions from suppliers to identify the best purchasing option. Evaluate commercial proposals and perform detailed cost-benefit comparisons, considering quality and delivery time. * Supplier Management: Identify and register new suppliers according to company needs. Participate in negotiations of terms and conditions under supervision, ensuring favorable conditions for the company. Maintain effective, long-term commercial relationships with suppliers to guarantee reliable and continuous supply. * Purchase Control: Manage purchase orders and proactively track deliveries. Verify compliance with agreed terms in contracts and orders, ensuring proper receipt of products and services. Resolve issues related to incomplete shipments, defective products, or any discrepancies in the purchasing process. * Administrative Support: Provide support during internal audits and collaborate in quality controls. Manage documentation related to purchase orders, contracts, and supplier records, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. * Requirements: Education: Tertiary or University studies (completed or in progress), preferably with a Commercial focus (International Trade). * Knowledge: Excel / Outlook / Word. Basic and advanced formulas. Pivot tables. Internet research for supplier development. * Required Competencies: Organized, analytical. Good communication skills for internal and external interactions. Outgoing and proactive.
