Operations Supervisor – Brujula Security Company CABA / Northern Zone / Western Zone · A prominent security company is seeking an Operations Supervisor to coordinate and supervise services in the assigned area, ensuring compliance with operational standards and proper personnel management. We seek a candidate with leadership skills, operational judgment, and problem-solving ability, experienced in team leadership and fieldwork. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise security personnel Verify compliance with regulations and procedures Conduct periodic audits and inspections Identify operational deviations and act promptly to resolve them Prepare management reports Maintain smooth communication with clients and internal departments Mandatory Requirements Tertiary or university degree in related fields, or former military or law enforcement personnel (discharged or retired) Advanced English proficiency (mandatory) Age between 30 and 50 years Residence in CABA, Northern Zone, or Western Zone Proven experience in supervision or team leadership roles Valid driver’s license Availability for operational site visits throughout the country Only candidates meeting all the mandatory requirements listed above will be considered.
