Responsibilities: * Identify potential customers using statistical tools or other means. * Schedule and manage meetings with potential customers. * Implement and manage new client requirements. * Support preparation of reports for commercial executives and management (e.g., market share percentage, key routes, quotations generated via system). * Manage quotations for special cargo and MOE (Marine Operations & Engineering) to clients, agents, and Noatum Worldwide offices. Obtain costs from suppliers and/or pricing according to Commercial Executives’ (BDM) requirements. * Prepare quotations in accordance with criteria established by Commercial Executives (SDM). * Send operational instructions via system. * Activate purchase orders jointly with the operations team or Noatum offices at origin. * Track outcomes of commercial visits and other KPIs defined by the company. * Maintain up-to-date customer database in the system—including quotations, cost and selling rates, local expenses, and status of quotations (approved, rejected, or cancelled). * Provide support to the company’s MOE clients regarding rate inquiries, market information, and service needs—thereby supporting the commercial team. * Support MOE & Project tender processes. ### **Minimum Requirements** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of Administration, Logistics, Pricing, and/or Import/Export and/or Commercial & Sales. * Basic or Intermediate English proficiency. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * 3 years of experience in similar roles within freight forwarding agencies.
