The PedidosYa Market team is growing, and we’re looking for you to become part of one of the fastest-expanding businesses within our company. PedidosYa Market is the first 100% digital supermarket delivering groceries and household items within 10 minutes of order placement, with user experience at the core of our business success. It consists of a network of strategically located stores, closed to the public and dedicated exclusively to online sales and delivery. We have opportunities for you! We’re seeking part-time Pickers for our Munro market. What challenges await you? Perform picking (order assembly) and packaging of orders, ensuring the expected service level (timely and accurate order fulfillment, aligned with correct packaging procedures and without modifying orders). Receive and stock merchandise, complying with the company’s safety, hygiene, and organization standards. Register all transactions in the inventory system promptly and accurately. Ensure and verify that received merchandise matches purchase orders. Ensure and monitor expiration dates and quality of received merchandise (cold chain integrity, damage, etc.). Stock and label products on shelves in an orderly manner. Suggest improvements to product arrangement to enhance picking productivity. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Identify and communicate potential cost-saving opportunities and keep costs below target. Perform daily tasks with minimal supervision. Develop and maintain knowledge of the product portfolio offered and the demand for each item. Participate in the inventory control process. Participate in the order payment and handover process to riders. What do we expect from you? Experience in replenishment roles (merchandise handling, cash handling, or related fields) (Desirable).
