Because your growth is our business. **Your Mission** ---------------- As our **Office Assistant**, you’ll help keep our Buenos Aires hub running smoothly day to day. You’ll own the office's operational rhythm — ensuring everything is stocked, working, and taken care of — by coordinating vendors, resolving issues quickly, and managing key admin and payments. You’ll be the go\-to person for office operations, bringing structure, reliability, and a calm problem\-solving mindset to everything that happens behind the scenes. **What You’ll Do** ------------------ **Office Operations \& Environment** * Supervise the overall condition of the office and ensure spaces are clean, functional, and well\-maintained. * Resolve day\-to\-day office incidents (supplies, maintenance needs, access issues, internet problems, etc.). * Be the main point of contact for office operational topics and requests. **Inventory \& Supplies** * Track inventory of office supplies and materials. * Place orders and manage restocking to ensure we never run out of essentials. * Maintain simple systems to keep supply levels, purchase history, and upcoming needs organized. **Vendor \& Stakeholder Coordination** * Manage relationships with key providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, internet, building administration, and unit owners). * Coordinate visits, repairs, and recurring services, ensuring follow\-through and quality standards. **Payments \& Admin** * Handle payments related to office operations (rent, utilities, cleaning, building fees/expenses, etc.), ensuring they’re processed on time. * Support basic documentation/record keeping tied to office expenses and providers. **Petty Cash \& Forecasting** * Own petty cash management and day\-to\-day tracking. * Build simple cash projections for upcoming months to anticipate needs and keep operations predictable. **Who You Are** --------------- **Organized \& Reliable** You’re structured, detail\-oriented, and can keep multiple moving pieces under control without dropping the ball. **Fast, Practical Problem\-Solver** You’re resourceful and proactive — when something breaks or is missing, you move quickly to fix it. **Strong Coordinator** You’re comfortable working with multiple vendors and stakeholders, following up firmly and keeping things on track. **Clear Communicator** You communicate effectively with different kinds of people (team members, providers, building staff) and you handle requests with good interpersonal skills. **Requirements** ---------------- * Part\-time availability. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Experience coordinating with vendors and service providers. * Ability to solve problems quickly and independently. * Strong interpersonal communication skills. * Previous experience in office management or similar administrative roles is a plus. **Why So Shall We?** -------------------- * Great salary. * Work with great humans in a supportive, growth\-oriented team. * Amazing office space in Palermo Hollywood. * Opportunities for growth and development. * Unlimited PTO.
