We develop data analysis, business insights and product initiatives to improve the user’s experience while using DiDi’s ride hailing services. Be prepared for a hectic, fast\-paced, and challenging environment. The Safety \& Quality team partners closely with local and regional stakeholders to improve how safety is experienced and perceived on the DiDi platform. As a Safety Experience Manager in Argentina, you will own Safety Experience and Perception initiatives, working closely with local Operations, Legal, External Affairs, Product, and Marketing teams. You will also contribute to selected regional projects across LatAm (9 countries), collaborating with the SSL Safety Experience Manager to ensure alignment and scalability. Role Responsibilities: * Owning and executing Safety Experience \& Perception initiatives for Argentina, aligned with regional strategy. * Translating regional priorities into clear execution plans and measurable outcomes. * Partnering with Marketing and Communications to localize and execute safety narratives. * Working with Product teams to test, localize, and operationalize safety\-related product features. * Using data and qualitative insights to identify perception gaps and experience improvement opportunities. * Leading country\-level initiatives end\-to\-end and proactively escalating risks or insights. * Contributing to regional SSL projects by sharing learnings and best practices. Role Qualifications: * 5\+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, Product Operations, or Experience\-focused roles. * Strong execution skills and growing ownership of complex initiatives. * Experience collaborating with Marketing, Public relations, or Product teams. * Solid analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Clear communication skills in English and Spanish. * Experience in Argentina or strong familiarity with the AR market is a plus. * MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
