Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recovery Operator to contact customers with outstanding debts by phone, manage debt regularization, and follow up on collections. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contact customers by phone to resolve overdue payments 2. Follow up on cases until effective collection is achieved 3. We are currently seeking a **Recovery Operator** **\-** **Afternoon Shift** to join our team. * **Location:** Palermo. * **Work Modality:** On-site – part-time. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM \| 30 hours per week (1 rotating day off per week). ✅ **Main Challenges** * Contact customers who have missed monthly installments by phone. * Re-engage customers experiencing issues with automatic debit. * Understand each case and perform necessary actions to resolve arrears. * Follow up on each case until effective collection is achieved. * Complete management and control files for the department. ✅ **What We’re Looking For** * Completed secondary education (mandatory) * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Collections Operator. * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday with a rotating day off. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Join Verisure and enjoy these amazing benefits!** Swiss Medical health insurance for you and your immediate family, starting from the 7th month.
