For a company specializing in furniture sales Main Responsibilities: - Documentation and Invoicing: Issuing delivery notes and managing related documentation. - Inventory Management: Monitoring goods inflows and outflows via computerized systems, ensuring physical stock matches system records. - Transportation Coordination: Preparing route sheets, labels, and scheduling loading and distribution with warehouse staff and drivers. - Customer Service and Tracking: Monitoring shipments, notifying customers, and handling potential operational issues. - Collaborating with the team to ensure delivery efficiency and support the company’s smooth logistics operations. Requirements: - Minimum two years of verifiable experience as a Logistics Administrator. (Mandatory). - Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. (Mandatory). - Familiarity with Sotfland management systems. (Not mandatory). . Ability to work effectively in a team, with strong commitment and adaptability to a dynamic environment. - Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Mandatory). - Residency in El Talar or nearby areas.
