Work on software architecture, design, and code maintainability Currently, we are looking for a **remote Lead Python.Web Developer** to join our global team **Responsibilities** * Lead the development team in transitioning of product development and operations to EPAM * Lead ongoing software delivery: design, development, testing, deployment, post production support * Work closely with the product manager, delivery manager, and other developers on software architecture, design, dependencies and code maintainability * Investigate product roadmap, architecture, deployment and testing process * Create a knowledge transfer and onboarding plan including shadowing if necessary * Develop backend APIs and perform code reviews **Requirements** * 5\+ years of experience as Python.Web Developer * 1\+ year of leadership experience * Prior experience in providing leadership, technical direction, and oversight to a team as they build and deploy software solutions * Experience with backlog planning, prioritization, and estimations * Strong communication skills * Ability to establish and manage project tasks, scheduling, and delivery * Hands\-on experience with AWS services (ECS, RDS, Cognito, Lambda, EC2\) * Hands\-on experience with back\-end development experience in AWS environment (ecs, lambda, ec2\) * Hands\-on experience with Microservices architecture * Hands\-on experience with REST, API\-First with Python/Django * Hands\-on experience with mobile app development
