Apply here to launch an extraordinary career today.** We are seeking a candidate for the **Jr. HR Admin Analyst** position to join our team: **Key Responsibilities:** * Address employee inquiries regarding HR administration, benefits, compensation, payroll-related questions, health expense reimbursements, and other related topics via ServiceNow. * Address internal inquiries and requests from other departments. * Receive, categorize, and prioritize inquiries. * Consolidate, process, and report updates to Payroll. * Manage the employee lifecycle within the Workday system: onboarding, changes, and offboarding. * Collaborate with the Payments team on HR-related matters. * Participate in projects and/or automations involving the country. * Maintain strong interpersonal relationships across the entire team, with clients, with vendors, and actively participate in various activities proposed by the company or the team. **Requirements:** * Students or graduates in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar HR roles (preferred). * Experience managing databases and reporting is valued. * Proficiency in Excel. * Adaptability and strong client communication skills. * We seek an analytical individual with attention to detail, service orientation, ability to maintain excellent interpersonal relationships, and results-driven mindset.
