If you possess strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and customer orientation, this opportunity is for you! As a Post-Sales Assistant, your objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive service follow-up, identifying improvement opportunities, resolving inquiries, and preventing unreported cancellations.
