If you’re looking to fill an invaluable position at a firm and love helping others, apply today. **Compensation:** $24,000 yearly **Responsibilities:*** Liaise directly with clients to obtain information necessary to prepare probate petitions. * Prepare petitions, notices, publication and all documents and forms necessary to complete the probate case. * Keep track of hearing dates and ensure attorneys are briefed prior to hearings. * Keep clients informed about the status of their case. **Qualifications:*** Candidates should possess high\-level organizational skills, and time\-management skills * ABA\-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree desired * Strong oral and written communication skills * 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting * Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference **About Company** Weiner Law is a growing trust, probate, and litigation firm.
