




Position Summary: Ecolab is seeking a Lead Field Service Rep for Nalco Water Paper, focused on delivering contractual service, technical support, and problem resolution for customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead customer service and technical support 2. Resolve issues with products and applications 3. Assess and correct field problems Ecolab is currently seeking a **Lead Field Service Rep** to join our **Nalco Water Paper** division, based in **Zárate, Campana or Escobar**. **Primary Responsibilities:** o Deliver contractual service and assist customers with troubleshooting related to the Company’s products / applications / solutions. o Support district sales personnel in handling service calls under the Company’s program for existing products and services, and assist in corrective actions as required. o Assess on-site field problems and operate required test equipment to restore systems to customer specifications. o Assist in preparing reports detailing technical issues and solutions to initiate necessary product corrective modifications and/or recommended process changes. Document value delivered to the customer whenever possible. o Provide installation resource services upon project request to meet customer needs.
