We’re looking for a detail\-oriented, English\-fluent **Mental Health Virtual Assistant / Client Coordinator** to handle intake, scheduling, and clinician support during EST hours. Make a meaningful impact while working fully remote! **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the main point of contact for clients via phone, email, and messaging in English * Guide clients through intake and onboarding, ensuring complete and accurate documentation * Verify insurance benefits and obtain required insurance authorizations prior to services when applicable * Match clients with appropriate clinicians based on availability and clinical needs * Schedule and manage telehealth appointments for clinicians and clients * Monitor clinician availability and assist with calendar coordination as needed * Maintain accurate, confidential client records in the EHR system * Assist clinicians with administrative coordination related to client care * Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience **Qualifications** * Fluent in English (spoken and written \- no exceptions) * Available to work EST hours * 3\+ years of U.S. experience in client coordination in a mental health or healthcare setting * Strong organizational and communication skills * Excellent communication skills with a professional, empathetic, and client\-centered approach * Comfortable using scheduling software, EHR systems, and remote collaboration tools * Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially (HIPAA compliance preferred) * Familiarity with telehealth platforms and client scheduling (preferred) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to $2,100,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * This role requires high levels of professionalism and empathy when communicating with clients.
