Excellent work climate We are currently searching for a **Shift Supervisor** to join a prominent biofuels industry with a strong track record and market positioning. **What will be your challenge?** Coordinate, supervise, and optimize shift operations, ensuring compliance with production plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. Act as the liaison among different plant departments, leading an operational team within a continuous process environment. **What are we looking for?** We seek candidates with strong operational judgment, capable of making real-time decisions and leading on-site teams.
