Leading continuous improvement and service innovation At La Vencedora – Agricultural Cooperative, we continue growing and seek to incorporate an Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Analyst to join our Systems team. What will your challenges be? Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Cooperative’s information and systems through security incident detection and prevention. Administer and configure Mikrotik, Active Directory (AD), and backup tools such as Veeam. Monitor alerts (SIEM, EDR, firewalls) and investigate potential threats or security events. Lead continuous improvement and service innovation, adapting procedures and evaluating optimization opportunities. Manage workstation and device updates to prevent vulnerabilities. Deliver cybersecurity awareness training and presentations to internal users. Maintain and enhance physical and wireless networks, as well as manage cloud-based systems. Collaborate with external vendors and provide progressive support for proprietary systems. What do we expect from you? Be an advanced student or graduate of Technical or Analyst programs in Cybersecurity, Systems, or related fields. Possess solid technical knowledge in Networking, Operating Systems, Antivirus, Firewalls, and AD. Demonstrate initiative, teamwork capability, and a strong focus on work quality.
