




Job Summary: Lead the cybersecurity strategy, identify and mitigate risks, manage incidents, and ensure compliance with regulations in an agro-industrial company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Define and maintain the cybersecurity strategy 2. Lead security incident management 3. Coordinate and lead the cybersecurity team Define, implement, and maintain the company’s cybersecurity strategy. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and vulnerabilities. Lead security incident management and coordinate response to critical events. Ensure compliance with information security policies, regulations, and standards. Coordinate and lead the cybersecurity team and external vendors. Promote security awareness and best practices across the organization. Manage the department budget and define objectives and action plans. Leading company in the agro-industrial sector. Requirements Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in IT and/or Cybersecurity. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields. **Knowledge of:** Information security and risk management. Networks, operating systems, and application security. Incident and vulnerability management. Security tools (SIEM, among others). Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Cybersecurity certifications are valued.
