Job Summary: We are seeking an Admissions Supervisor for a University Hospital, responsible for daily operational management, process supervision, and team development during the night shift. Team development and motivation We are specifically seeking an Admissions Supervisor for our Saavedra campus University Hospital, night shift (21:00–06:00 hrs). The selected candidate’s primary responsibilities will include: 1. Ensuring efficient coordination of daily operational management by organizing and assigning team tasks; 2. Supervising compliance with established processes and procedures, identifying deviations, anticipating potential errors or operational issues, and implementing timely and appropriate corrective actions; 3. Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of pre-billing in accordance with defined deadlines; 4. Efficiently managing the sector’s human resources; 5. Developing and sustaining team training; 6. Fostering a positive work environment by providing guidance, support, and motivation to the team; 7. Ensuring high-quality patient service by actively supporting administrative processes; 8. Periodically reporting management results by preparing clear and timely weekly reports reflecting area performance, key indicators, and improvement opportunities.
