**Position Snapshot** Location: Villa Nueva, Córdoba, Buenos Aires Area: Technical Employment Type: Full time permanent **A day in the life of...** * Implement good practices in production/handling and in Creating Shared Value (CSV) with suppliers through technical assistance on-site or jointly with institutions, on an ongoing basis, aiming to enhance supplier competitiveness and ensure compliance with Saturday/Plan Nescafé/Dairy Commitment/Cocoa Plan guidelines * Ensure consistent compliance with all applicable internal and external agricultural regulations, with the purpose of guaranteeing consumer safety and quality of finished products. * Ensure procurement of required agricultural raw materials for factories according to supply plans and market availability, always maintaining balance under the principles of Creating Shared Value and adherence to the Supplier Code Principles * Develop suppliers' technical, commercial, and sustainability capabilities to ensure long-term supply continuity, applying RISE/Saturday/4C/BPN/BPML/SAIN/Field Schools principles * Optimize the agricultural raw material supply chain by reviewing production, processing, logistics, and safety costs necessary for efficient and timely transportation of products to our factories. * Recognize and identify hazards and risks in work areas, ensuring personal safety and that of surrounding personnel, as well as applying established safety norms and protocols to prevent accidents. **What will make you successful...** * Degree in Agronomy, Veterinary Science, Biology or related fields. * At least 4 mandatory years of experience in agricultural supplier business development and agricultural sustainability. * Proven experience in relationships with raw material suppliers (primary and industrial), agrochemical representatives, external laboratories, civil and agricultural authorities as external stakeholders. * Demonstrable skills in negotiation, effective communication, and teamwork. * Must reside exclusively in Villa Nueva, Córdoba or nearby areas. * Advanced proficiency in Office suite, mandatory. * Intermediate English. **Benefits** Significant discounts on Nestlé products and Purina benefits (veterinary advice and discounts).
