We look forward to receiving your application!* The **Proposal Engineer** will be responsible for the technical design of water and wastewater treatment and reuse plants, the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, and the optimization of processes for installed equipment. **Essential Duties \& Responsibilities:** * Fully understand the current technologies offered by Fluence, as well as future technologies incorporated. * Prepare technical proposals for new projects and the costing sheet associated to the proposed solution. * Prepare basic engineering documents (for proposals) such as chemical dosing sheets, equipment data sheets, mass balances, layouts, process flow diagrams. * Develop detailed process engineer for equipment to be fabricated by Fluence. * Communicate the progress of work to the Area Supervisor. * Propose chemical cleaning recipes for equipment in operation, analyze and diagnose the result of the cleaning. * Prepare technical case studies when needed. * Monitor operational parameters for equipment under his/her responsibility (with or without Fluence remote monitoring system). * Stay updated on technological advancements. * Keep hourly record of the work done. * Comply with Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental standards communicated and promote them among colleagues. * Knowledge of waste segregation and the matrix of environmental aspects and impacts applicable to the office, cafeteria, plant, membrane washing, and special waste storage areas, as well as safety and hygiene regulations, prevention measures, policies, instructions, procedures, and records applicable to the area, and integrated quality and environmental policy, among others. . **Core Competencies:** * Responsible, committed, autonomous, with proactivity, initiative, and interest in contributing to the activities involved. * Planning and organizational skills. Manage time efficiently and effectively, prioritizing tasks appropriately. * Communication skills and the ability to express ideas and instructions, as well as establish good interpersonal relationships. * Ability to work in a team. * Results\-oriented.
