On-site position with working hours from Monday to Friday A prominent importer of technology products and various goods, located in the Microcentro, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, is incorporating an Administrative Receptionist into its team. We are seeking a proactive individual capable of handling multiple matters promptly and effectively. Candidates applying for this position must perform the following duties: - Greet visitors cordially upon entering the office. - General administrative tasks. - Calendar management and meeting coordination. - Monitoring of due dates and service payments. - Control and follow-up on completed work. - Handling inquiries/complaints with service providers (e.g., Edesur, Edenor, etc.). - Company/Partners/Management payments. - Communication with notary offices. - Interpretation of bylaws and powers of attorney. - Handling of sensitive information and document management—both physical and digital archives. - Preparing reports for Management. - Drafting official notes to regulatory bodies. Exclusive Requirements Requirements: Age between 28 and 40 years. Knowledge and experience in similar positions and tasks for at least 1 year—mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proactive—able to anticipate needs and resolve problems. Effective, clear, courteous, and professional communication. Availability: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00.
