The position will be responsible for comprehensively managing the department by developing, implementing, and supporting the company's strategic plan. The candidate is expected to actively participate in HARD HR functions, including personnel administration; managing hires, terminations, updates, certifications and leaves, payroll follow-up, purchasing and distribution of work uniforms, among others; as well as in SOFT HR functions such as managing and developing recruitment processes, onboarding, training and employee development programs, internal communications, organizational climate, and employee benefits. The candidate will also support the Safety and Hygiene department in the training program and quality management for certification compliance.
