This includes standardizing policies and conducting compliance audits across program pillars. * **Mechanical Integrity and Critical Devices:** Manage the lifecycle of critical safety devices (SCI, SCA, CPD, DUST sensors, relief valves, interlocks, suppression systems). Ensure inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance plans are executed on time and as scheduled to guarantee reliability of protective barriers. * **Process Safety Information (PSI) and P\&IDs:** Ensure continuous updating of plant technical information. Guarantee that piping and instrumentation diagrams (P\&IDs) reflect operational reality ("As\-Built") and that any physical modification is documented prior to implementation. * **Management of Change (MOC) and Pre\-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR):** Administer the Management of Change (MOC) process to ensure no modification (technological, personnel, or equipment\-related) introduces uncontrolled risks. Lead Pre\-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) to validate safe conditions before initiating new or modified operations. * **Risk Analysis:** Coordinate and facilitate process risk analyses (PHAs, HAZOP, LOPA) and specific dust explosion hazard analyses, defining action plans to mitigate catastrophic scenarios. * **KPI Management and Reporting:** Define, manage, analyze, and report PSM\-specific KPIs. Conduct periodic follow\-up meetings on these indicators with plant management teams and report incidents and progress to the global Safety team. * **Incident Investigation:** Actively participate in and lead root cause analysis of process safety incidents. Ensure investigation quality and report lessons learned globally to prevent recurrence. * **Training and Culture:** Design and deliver technical training on PSM elements for engineers, supervisors, and operators. Foster a culture of "vulnerability awareness" where the importance of operating within safe design limits is understood. * **Audits:** Lead audits of the Process Safety Management system and participate in Fatality Prevention audits, leading the PSM module. **Required Profile:** * Education: Engineering degree (Mandatory). * Process Safety Management (PSM): In-depth knowledge of regulations such as OSHA 1910\.119, NFPA 36, or equivalent corporate standards (Mandatory). * Language: Intermediate\-advanced English (reading technical standards, global reports, and participating in international forums) (Mandatory). * Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant industries (Agribusiness, Oil \& Gas, Petrochemical, or Chemical), working in Process Safety, Process Engineering, Production, or Maintenance roles (Mandatory). * Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently to various plants across Argentina (Mandatory). * Data Management: Advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI knowledge desirable for KPI dashboard management. * Risk Analysis: Experience participating in or facilitating methodologies such as HAZOP, LOPA, What\-If, and Bow\-Tie. * Combustible Dust: Technical knowledge of standards related to combustible dust handling (Dust Explosion) and venting\/suppression system design. * Incident Investigation: Proficiency with root cause analysis tools (Fault Tree, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, TapRooT or similar) (Mandatory). **Location:** Puerto General San Martin.
