The company is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, and employs 25,000 people globally across more than 350 port terminals, oilseed processing plants, grain storage facilities, and food and ingredient production and packaging facilities worldwide. **Key Responsibilities:** * Continuously and systematically seek industrial cost reduction through performance indicators, monitor consumption/losses in the process, and take action to optimize them. * Daily handling of anomalies to identify root causes of deviations, defining/implementing efficient action plans using continuous improvement tools, thereby ensuring routine process improvements. * Optimize processes with an analytical focus and implement opportunities to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. * Identify and support best practices for process optimization to reduce costs and increase yield. * Participate in the development of improvement projects and support their implementation, acting as a facilitator for problem resolution. * Participate in developing process operational procedures, ensuring compliance with these procedures in process-related activities. * Support Process Safety and Operations Management, contributing to the dissemination of applicable concepts and execution of relevant practices within the area. * Identify tools and opportunities for digital transformation in operations, contributing to the migration toward Industry 4.0 standards. * Participate in implementing and complying with routines/guidelines established under the BPS pillars. * Train and coach area personnel to ensure processes are executed according to established standards with maximum efficiency. * Ensure proper integration between the Operations area and other departments, acting as a facilitator for necessary information flow, response time, and industrial activities. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields (mandatory). * Knowledge of the SAP management system (mandatory). * Technical knowledge of continuous production processes (preferably in agro-industrial, fertilizer, chemical, or petrochemical plants) (mandatory). * Ability to adapt to interdisciplinary teams (mandatory). * Minimum of 5 years of prior experience (mandatory). **Location:** Tancacha, Córdoba.
