Position Summary: We are seeking a Process Analyst with experience in process management and continuous improvement to join a leading financial lending company, participating in the design, documentation, and monitoring of processes. At Cartasur Cards S.A., we specialize in personal loan sales. We are currently looking for a Process Analyst. · What knowledge do you need? Proven experience of at least 2 years in process management and improvement. Proficiency in Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. (Desirable: Microsoft Project). Knowledge of process, project, and change management methodologies such as LEAN, BPMN, RPA, and OKRs (desirable). Proficiency in process modeling tools (desirable: Bizagi). Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (desirable: Power BI). · What will some of your responsibilities be? Process elicitation, analysis, design, and continuous improvement (AS-IS / TO-BE). Identification of improvement opportunities, impact analysis, and proposal of solutions. Participation in the functional definition of system and tool enhancements supporting processes. Process documentation, monitoring, and control, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. Development and monitoring of KPIs, dashboards, and process audits. Supporting the cultural shift toward process-based management and OKRs, including user training. · Direct hiring by the company. Indefinite-term contract. · Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00. Work modality: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 remote).
